SetSpringDayLight Method

SetSpringDayLight(nMonth As Integer, nDay As Integer, nHour As Integer)

This method is used to set the current DayLightSaving spring time threshold.

nDay is a number between (1-5) representing the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th Sunday in the month.

The default values are Month = 4 (April), Day = 1 (1st Sunday), Hour = 2 (2 am).
