Sub ctlname_PreHScroll( )

This event is triggered immediately before the control processes a HorzScroll event.

The developer reads SBCode and SBCode to determine the type of scroll action about to be processed.

Comments

This event is a wrapper to the PEWN_PREHSCROLL notification message.
