PEWN_CHANGINGPARMS

The PEWN_CHANGINGPARMS notification message is sent to the parent of the ProEssentials object whenever the PEreinitialize or PEreinitializecustoms functions are called.

The parent can use this message to know when object parameters have been adjusted.
