Purpose

This property controls specially formatted grid number formatting on y axis. Possible values are defined by the following constants:

.NET Gigasoft.Enums.	ActiveX and
SpecialScaling.	DLL Constants	Description
None	PESS_NONE (0)	Normal numeric scaling.
Financial	PESS_FINANCIAL (1)	Decimals are formatted as fractions.
