ManualMinY
Purpose This property is used in conjunction with ManualScaleControlY. If ManualScaleControlY is equal to PEMSC_MIN or PEMSC_MINMAX, then the value defined by ManualMinY will be the minimum extent of the left y axis.

If ManualScaleControlY is set to 0 (PEMSC_NONE) then when the object is initialized via PEreinitialize this property is set with a value determined from ProEssentials' auto scaling functionality. This allows you to determine the range of data if auto scaling.
