TruncateXAxisLabels

Purpose

When allowing the end-user to reduce the size of the control (by sizing the parent window,) optionally set this property to TRUE to enable the chart to shorten the XAxisLabel rather than shrinking the font size to an un-legible size. Font sizes will still shrink a small factor in an attempt to fit as much legible text within the chart, but eventually, the XAxisLabel text will start to be truncated if it does not fit.
