TruncateTitles

Purpose

When allowing the end-user to reduce the size of the control (by sizing the parent window,) optionally set this property to TRUE to enable the chart to shorten the MainTitle/SubTitle rather than shrinking the font size to an un-legible size. Font sizes will still shrink a small factor in an attempt to fit as much legible text within the chart, but eventually, the MainTitle text will start to be truncated if it does not fit.
