Purpose

DateTime mode for the Scientific Graph now support milliseconds. Major grid lines now go down to 1 millisecond rather than 1 second. This property should be set to TRUE to enable data prompts and exported data to show the millisecond portion of time.

Setting	Description
TRUE	Show Milliseconds within prompts and exported data show time data.
FALSE	Do not show Millisecond portion of time data.

Related to this feature, when DateTimeMilliSeconds is False (default), then within a DateTimeMode chart, the X axis now only zooms to a minimum range of 5 seconds. To zoom to a smaller range than 5 seconds, DateTimeMilliSeconds must now be set to True.
