Purpose

If RenderEngine is GdiPlus, then when DataShadowsTranslucent is TRUE, shadows are transulent (see-through), else solid in color.

Setting	Description
TRUE	If RenderEngine is GdiPlus, shadows are translucent.
FALSE	Shadows are solid in color.
