Purpose

If the default value of FALSE, dark text is never inset or shadowed. If TRUE, dark text is drawn with a 3D inset effect rather than shadowed.

 

Dark Text is text that contains a Red, Green, or Blue component of 128 or lower.

Dark text is not inset or shadowed.
