Purpose

This property controls whether a menu item is added to the popup-menu which allows the user to control whether annotations are currently shown or not shown.

Setting	Description
TRUE	Adds popup menu item allowing control whether annotations are shown.
FALSE	User has no control whether annotations are shown.
